At PrepNestDeals, your satisfaction comes first. If for ANY reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked, no conditions.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at prepnestdeals@gmail.com with your order number. Our support team will guide you through the quick return process.

Item Condition

You can return the product even if you opened it. We only ask that it’s not heavily damaged by misuse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos or a video. We’ll replace it or refund you immediately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Late or Missing Refunds
